- 6 months of experience in Customer Service
- Experience with Multiline Phone Systems
- Collecting payments
- Experience with EMR/EHR
- Experience with Revenue Cycle, especially Dental
- Experience with Remote Work
Job Description: RCM Specialist for Patient AR
Location: Hero PSC/Remote
Status: Full Time / Hourly Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $18-$20.50 per hour
Hero Practice Services is seeking a RCM Specialist for Patient AR to be part of the team responsible for the company's Dental billing and collections.

This position requires full range of body motion.
