      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and manage detailed project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
      - Delegate tasks on the project to team members best positioned to complete them
      - Proactively communicate project progress and anticipated delays with recommendations for course correction
      - Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders
      - Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
      - Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desired
      - Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
      - Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum)
