  React Native Software Developer – National Salary up to £60,000. London Salary up to £80,000.

  A bit about the job:
  As an experienced React Native Senior Developer, you’ll be joining Mobile at an exciting time. We would love you to be a part of building a brand-new mobile app platform built on market leading technology.
  

  We support products that reach out to 17 million customers, and It’s never been more important for us to hire fantastic people into our awesome digital teams who sit at the forefront of delivering Aviva’s Digital strategy.

  Aviva operates a “smart-working” policy meaning that we spend approximately half of our time working in an office, and this role is based at, Norwich, or London.

  Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experienced and confident senior developers who want to develop great products, on a large scale, with commercial experience in building cross platform mobile applications using React Native.

  • Experience of working within an agile environment; able to identify and shape requirements, understand the technical detail, provide input into the planning and estimation of features all whilst fostering team spirit and collaboration within your team.

  • Undertaking design and code reviews to ensure our apps meet functional and non-functional requirements and proactively identifying where changes are required to maintain these in the future.

  • Engaging and contributing to the technical capability of our products to ensure they are the best fit for our customers.

  • Knowledge of modern software engineering practices, such as Test-Driven Development, Behaviour Driven Development, Continuous Integration & Industry Standards.

  • National Salary up to £60,000. London Salary up to £80,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
