Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with over 7+ years of experience in highly responsive and scalable web applications development.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our development team, driving the creation of innovative products and features to address industry-specific challenges.

Responsibilities:

· Contribute to the development of new features and products, leveraging expertise in React, Node.js and latest cutting-edge technologies within the Self-Storage domain.

· Address internal bugs and customer-reported issues promptly, ensuring high-quality, bug-free code that aligns with industry standards.

· Identify technical debt within the system and devise strategic plans for resolution and implementation to enhance our Self Storage solutions.

· Mentor and guide team members, providing technical leadership and support while fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

· Collaborate effectively within an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

· Conduct unit and functional testing using tools such as React Testing Library, Jest, and Enzyme to ensure robustness and reliability of developed solutions.

· Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, employing analytical thinking to tackle complex challenges specific to the Self -Storage domain.

· Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Stay updated with industry trends and best practices within the Self-Storage domain, actively contributing to the team's continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

· 3+ years of professional experience in full stack JavaScript/Typescript development.

· Proficiency in React, Node.js, Next.js, Nest.js, PostgreSQL, HTML5, CSS3.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

· Proven ability to mentor and guide team members. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.
