- Works closely with clients to foster the development and successful implementation of innovative, high quality training, readiness and change management solutions and ensures a high level of satisfaction with services provided.
- Coordinates planning and implementation of systems related training, readiness and change management solution projects.
- Collaborates with other Readiness Leaders to coordinate/facilitate the EHC Super User Lead program.
- Develops Super User Lead competencies. Implements and reviews the Evaluation Strategy of training/readiness programs.
- Participates in professional activities and organizations to maintain knowledge of current trends, practices, and developments.

- The position will focus on provider training and support, 1:1 and in groups.
- Must be able to travel to multiple Emory Healthcare inpatient and outpatient facilities regularly during normal business hours.
- A bachelor's degree preferred.
- Five years of experience in designing, developing and implementing training, readiness, and change management solutions as it relates to teammates adoption and effective use of healthcare IT technology and EMR.

This role will focus fully on 1 on 1 provider support by requests and proactively. A person in this role must have reliable personal transportation to travel between all Emory Healthcare clinical locations to meet with providers on site, as needed. Some support sessions may also be handled virtually.
ATE support in Epic for providers in the applications of inpatient orders, ambulatory or a combination. Multiple application experience is a plus, such as Radiant, Cupid, Beacon.

Readiness Lead I-IV Salary
$26.16 - $66.53/hour. The grade and salary of the position are based on specific criteria met within the qualifications of relevant experience, skills, performance and internal equity.
