      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify at-risk students based on grades and standardized test scores
      - Develop and train teachers on intervention strategies to support student success
      - Monitor and assign appropriate Supplemental Instructional Support Programs (SISPs)
      - Assist students in creating individual achievement plans for academic and post-secondary goals
      - Provide training and resources to parents of at-risk students

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Highly qualified and certified to teach Reading in Washington
      - Strong technology skills with Microsoft OS, MS Office, and Google Suite
      - Ability to analyze, develop, and implement intervention plans
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Proven ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a virtual education setting
      - Background in special education or similar fields
      - Familiarity with Response to Intervention (RtI) programs
      - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
      - Willingness to travel occasionally for training or educational events
