      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop business relationships with agents, real estate companies, and brokers to list and sell farmland
      - Create effective training programs for agents on customer acquisition, deal negotiation, and paperwork completion
      - Set and monitor monetary goals for agents on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
      - Collaborate with marketing to generate new leads and increase sales
      - Actively participate in departmental and company meetings to align with organizational objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must currently possess a North or South Dakota Designated Broker's License
      - Knowledge of North or South Dakota Real Estate Laws governing transactions
      - Bachelor's degree preferred, or a combination of education and work experience
      - Strong relationship selling skills with consultative influence and above-average closing skills
      - Valid Driver's license and auto insurance at all times
