Description

We are looking for a salesperson to develop into a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist (license not required) who procures residential investment properties. This role is a remote position and will require a high degree of relationship-building and negotiations.

This is a sophisticated and strategic approach to real estate investment. This position includes a small base salary, plus commission, so there is high earning potential.

Responsibilities
• Your main responsibilities in this role are to Create and build Relationships and Negotiate with potential sellers
• Quickly assess potential opportunities and evaluate the level of motivation of prospects
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients to facilitate the successful completion of contracts
• Follow up with and cultivate leads to maximize conversion rates
• Build and maintain relationships with sellers
• Generate accurate property evaluations by conducting data research and analyzing comparative market data
• Skillfully counter any objections to the purchase agreement and negotiate deals
• Maintain a comprehensive log of sales activities using the company's CRM system

Qualifications
• This position requires a high degree of relationship-building and negotiations
• The candidate must have a proven track record in sales
• Previous experience in property acquisition is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation skills are required for this role
• Excellent interpersonal skills are a must
• Access to a laptop with a reliable internet connection is required
• Must have a personal computer and cell phone
