What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with executives and project managers to develop the annual capital expenditure budget and project scope
- Forecast monthly capital expenditure based on project progress and expenditures
- Manage lease administration, including database management and communication of lease data
- Interact with external stakeholders such as property owners and real estate brokers
- Oversee vendor invoicing and coordinate utilities management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of three years of experience with lease documents, invoice processes, and vendor management
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in construction drawings and capital expenditure processes
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Resourcefulness in identifying and resolving issues
- Familiarity with HIPAA and PHI regulations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
