What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct market research and maintain broker/owner contacts to support deal sourcing
- Track and update prospective deal pipelines and assist with due diligence analysis
- Support financial planning, including budgeting and monitoring KPIs for property portfolios
- Prepare financial reports for review meetings and provide analytics to senior management
- Research land development projects and update market studies for rent levels and demographics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a similar field
- 0-2 years of work experience in a related field
- Excellent analytical skills with a quantitative mindset
- Strong work ethic, personal integrity, and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables

- Experience in real estate or asset management is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative in improving work performance
