      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead full life cycle Real Estate and Facilities projects for assigned regions
      - Collaborate with various stakeholders including developers, contractors, and internal teams
      - Oversee project budgets, ensuring compliance and adherence to financial plans
      - Provide regular updates on project scope, schedule, budget, and risks to internal stakeholders
      - Implement best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and project performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in industrial real estate
      - Bachelor's or master's degree in construction management, engineering, business management, or a related field
      - Proficiency in project management principles from pre-development to post-occupancy
      - Extensive experience managing high-profile construction projects, including those with significant capital expenses
      - Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
