What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to the Transaction Manager related to transaction coordination
- Maintain checklists and monitor deadlines for real estate transactions
- Prepare and organize digital transaction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Schedule internal training sessions and meetings, maintaining shared calendars
- Assist with quality control of documents submitted by new team members or trainees
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed real estate agent in Texas or actively working toward licensure preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager
- Familiarity with real estate platforms like Dotloop, Skyslope, Command, etc.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
- Interest in transaction coordination, operations, or real estate support roles
