Key Responsibilities: Scheduling & Inspections: - Coordinate and schedule property inspections with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain inspection calendars and follow up to confirm completion.
Utilities Coordination: - Serve as primary liaison with local utility providers via phone and email.
- Schedule and track utility installations (electric, water, gas, internet) to meet project timelines.
Bookkeeping & Accounting Support: - Enter and reconcile vendor invoices in the accounting system.
- Assist with basic accounts payable/receivable tasks and prepare expense summaries.
Clerical & Project Management: - Input and update work tickets, assignments, and deadlines in our project management platform.
- Generate status reports and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Contractor & Vendor Coordination: - Schedule and communicate the scope of work with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely progress and quality standards.
Material Selection & Ordering: - Collaborate with the Executive Team and interior designers on selecting finishes and materials.
- Place orders, track shipments, and manage delivery schedules.

Qualifications • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
• Communicates well, both verbally and written
• Previous experience in the real estate industry
• Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
