What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and analyze information and data from various departments to support strategic opportunities and key initiatives
- Perform modeling and analysis for individual strategic initiatives and optimization programs
- Develop tracking, reporting, and dashboard toolkits for initiative management and reporting
- Coordinate strategic initiatives with internal teams and drive accountability for project objectives
- Create presentations and strategic conclusions for review by senior executives and the board of directors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business (real estate or finance focus) or equivalent of 4-7 years of business consulting or management experience
- Minimum of 4-7 years' experience in analysis, coordination, management, and consulting
- Healthcare operations knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry integrated continuum of care model
- Exceptional skills in MS Excel, database management, and PowerPoint; Google Suite experience is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across the organization
