What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and follow up on inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, texts, and social media
- Set appointments for the senior broker and other team members
- Learn and execute proven scripts to effectively communicate the team's value proposition
- Manage and nurture your lead database as a revenue-generating asset
- Track performance KPIs and participate in weekly accountability meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Outstanding phone and communication skills
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales or real estate experience (bonus for licensed agents)
- Strong motivation for chasing goals, tracking metrics, and exceeding quotas
- Comfort with scripts, systems, and a structured sales process
- Based in the Denver Metro area
