Description
CR of Maryland is hiring a full-time, Real Estate Inside Sales Representative to help homeowners sell their houses quickly and simply. You'll speak with property owners who have already expressed interest in a cash offer and help guide them through the process. This is a fully remote, phone-based role with leads provided daily, no cold calling required, and a clear opportunity to earn $70,000 to $100,000 or more.
We've purchased over 1,600 homes and operate one of the most established home-buying companies in Maryland. If you're confident on the phone, well-organized, and motivated by results, this is a chance to grow with a proven team and real structure.
Responsibilities
• Make daily calls to warm homeowner leads
• Ask strong discovery questions to uncover motivation and property condition
• Log conversations and notes in our CRM with attention to detail
• Follow up regularly with leads through calls, texts, and emails
• Work closely with the acquisitions team to guide offers and deals
• Attend weekly Zoom-based sales trainings and one-on-ones
• Manage your pipeline and stay accountable to weekly KPIs
Qualifications
• U.S.-based with full-time availability (Eastern or Central Time preferred)
• Confident, clear communicator with strong phone presence
• Organized, consistent, and reliable with CRM and follow-up
• Coachable and open to feedback - we provide daily training
• Sales experience preferred (real estate or phone sales a plus)
