      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect for seller leads, convert leads to appointments, and write contracts to purchase
      - Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies to the Dispositions team
      - Build relationships within the market to identify future acquisition opportunities
      - Negotiate effectively on behalf of sellers and oversee all aspects of transactions
      - Monitor the sales process and maintain detailed records in the CRM

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience in real estate sales, specifically in acquisitions or land acquisition
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluency in Spanish is a plus
      - Positive, energetic attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team
      - Strong organizational, punctuality, and time management skills
      - Goal-oriented with a passion for selling real estate assets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience specifically in real estate acquisitions or land acquisition
      - Ability to set and close appointments effectively over the phone and in person
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
