What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate all activities related to hard and soft construction services
- Monitor and maintain the Costar project module for projects
- Assist with tracking and entering budgets, purchase orders, change orders, and quotations
- Ensure orders are placed and delivery meets large project objectives
- Review orders for proper pricing, delivery dates, and follow up as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a corporate real estate setting
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office programs such as MS Excel and MS Project

- Experience in construction administration or construction management
