What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with administrative tasks related to real estate transaction coordination, including writing contracts and scheduling appointments
- Maintain checklists and monitor critical transaction deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Prepare, format, and organize digital documents for compliance and accuracy
- Support training initiatives by editing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scheduling training sessions
- Help manage internal calendars and enhance team communication and task tracking
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a licensed real estate agent in Texas
- Highly organized and detail-driven with strong time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) and reliable internet connection
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with real estate platforms such as Dotloop, Skyslope, Command, Follow Up Boss, or KVCore
