      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare, review, and manage land agreements, leases, easements, deeds, and other real estate documents
      - Maintain and organize land records, contracts, and title documents to ensure compliance and accessibility
      - Coordinate real estate acquisitions and survey reviews, working with attorneys or external consultants
      - Track critical dates such as lease expirations and compliance deadlines
      - Conduct research on land ownership, zoning, and permitting requirements to support project development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in land administration, real estate, or a legal support role, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector
      - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies
      - Strong understanding of real estate agreements, title insurance, and surveys
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
