What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage design and construction activities for assigned capital projects
- Coordinate project communications, contract administration, and procurement
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to regulations and specifications
- Develop and maintain project objectives, scope, schedule, and budget
- Foster relationships with federal, state, and local approving authorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading project management for design and construction projects
- Thorough knowledge of project construction budgets and controls
- Demonstrated success in delivering major healthcare capital projects
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Excel)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of health facility preconstruction services
- Familiarity with equipment planning processes
- Understanding of effective problem-solving and risk analysis strategies
- Professional license, registration, or certification in relevant areas
- Experience with Lean Process Improvement and Evidence-Based Design
