What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading project management for design and construction
- Thorough knowledge of project construction budgets and controls
- Demonstrated success in delivering major healthcare capital projects
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite, MS Project, Excel, and similar software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional license, registration, and/or certification in a relevant field
- Knowledge of health facility preconstruction services and equipment planning processes
- Familiarity with effective problem-solving and risk analysis strategies
- Experience with Lean Process Improvement and Change Management
- Understanding of Evidence-Based Design principles
