      Who We're Looking For:

      Our ideal Recruiter is an energetic and outgoing individual with a proven track record in recruiting and leadership. This person is a natural connector with strong communication skills, a high sense of urgency, and an impressive ability to motivate others. As the primary driver of our team's growth, this Recruiter will focus on building relationships, setting high standards, and helping agents achieve their goals. This role does not require a real estate license, but familiarity with the industry is a plus.       Compensation
      • Base Salary is $24,000 plus a generous bonus structure. If you have what it takes, you WILL make six figures in this role. There is an opportunity here to make $150,000 and more.
      • Paid Time Off (PTO)


      Responsibilities
      Recruit Sales Associates: Actively source, interview, and hire talented sales associates to meet team growth goals.
      Agent Onboarding and Training: Guide new agents through their initial business steps and up to their first 10 closings, before transitioning them to the Director of Sales.
      Goal Setting & Accountability: Work closely with sales associates to set and achieve career goals, conducting one-on-one check-ins twice a month.
      Performance Management: Motivate and hold team members accountable for their performance, and conduct regular reviews to ensure goals are being met.
      Lead Management: Monitor lead activity and ensure follow-up standards are met.
      Meeting Facilitation: Lead sales and business meetings, facilitate script practice, and support agents in lead generation efforts.
      Team Development: Set goals for team members, develop project plans, and support their career progression.

      Qualifications
      3-5 years of Real Estate experience.
      Real Estate License is preferred, not required.
      Experience recruiting Real Estate Agents is preferred, not required.
      • Exceptional people skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
      • Strong leadership, management, and team-building capabilities.
      • Expertise in goal setting, planning, and driving accountability.
      • Proven track record in recruiting and developing top talent.
      • A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving.
      • Solid understanding of sales processes; real estate experience is a bonus.
      • Tech-savvy with proficiency in computer systems; MLS experience is a plus.
