      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive project completion and site acquisition for real estate initiatives
      - Track vendor performance and ensure compliance with leasing, zoning, and regulatory policies
      - Manage project budgets and update project trackers
      - Conduct deployment calls and ensure all parties are informed of project status
      - Collaborate with internal teams and oversee vendor and partner activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate project management
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong attention to detail and self-motivated work ethic
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
      - Familiarity with project management systems and tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with site acquisition and A&E processes
      - Knowledge of governmental approvals and permitting processes
      - Ability to effectively prioritize competing projects
