What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and resolve complex real estate issues to support a federal agency’s mission
- Conduct public records research, business case analysis, and budget/schedule development
- Lead negotiations for land-use agreements, including leases and licenses
- Facilitate meetings to develop and execute real estate strategies
- Perform real estate clearance actions, including site permitting and easement acquisitions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal property real estate program support
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings
- Significant experience in real estate research and analysis, including legal documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Google Earth Pro, and Acrobat Pro
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) training
- Experience drafting and tracking land-use agreements
- Background in collaborating with project managers and environmental specialists
- Proven ability to prepare real estate action plans and decision briefs
- Familiarity with GIS applications and environmental assessments
