What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and oversee a variety of complex real estate transactions, ensuring precise acquisition management
- Facilitate transaction processes, coordinating the progression of acquisitions to successful closure
- Manage due diligence processes and prepare necessary materials for site selection and development
- Draft and manage letters of intent and access agreements in collaboration with legal teams
- Foster collaboration between Market Strategy, Site Selection, and Commercial Operations to drive unified strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Law, or IT preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in commercial/industrial real estate transactions
- Proven negotiation skills in real estate agreements and contracts
- Familiarity with site and legal due diligence processes
- Strong proficiency in IT and communication tools, including PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and advanced Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a corporate real estate department
- Prior experience in Data Center or technical/industrial facilities
- Proficiency or fluency in French
- Ability to adapt and thrive in diverse working environments
- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
