What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide real-time monitoring and adjustments to maximize resource efficiency and achieve service level goals
- Communicate with Program Success teams and clients to coordinate staffing adjustments based on performance data
- Update and distribute internal and external reports as per schedule
- Monitor external factors affecting call center performance and report issues for timely resolution
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accountability for performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in workforce management functions, specifically real-time management
- Experience with workforce management software that includes real-time adherence preferred
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel and other Windows-based programs, including Word and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal teams and customers
- Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, with exceptional attendance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a virtual fast-paced call center environment
- Knowledge of VBA, Formula, and Query writing
- Strong initiative for self-directed learning and skill improvement
- Experience working with multiple monitors and keyboard/mouse setups
