What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze intraday departmental workloads to ensure appropriate coverage levels
- Monitor real-time adherence to schedules and department efficiency
- Recommend necessary changes to management based on workload analysis
- Approve exception activities and update schedules as needed
- Analyze and report on department statistics and create plans to address performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree and two years of experience in customer service or operations
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, database, and visual presentation applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
