      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage complex projects, coordinating detailing efforts and multiple vendors from estimating to completion
      - Ensure effective contract management, including coordination of detailing, scheduling, and delivery of products and services
      - Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects to meet project requirements
      - Lead the change order process and interpret project plans and contractual terms
      - Formulate reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling for leadership updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, commercial, detailing/drafting, customer-facing, or rebar roles
      - Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

      - Energetic self-starter with initiative and enthusiasm
      - Knowledge of ACI codes and CRSI standards
      - Experience in customer relations and conflict resolution
      - Basic understanding of contract law and standard business practices
