What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand plan formulary design and rebate potentials
- Perform thorough claims data analyses for accurate GPO rebate processing
- Collaborate with Account Management teams for client formulary change requests
- Assist in managing new pharmacy program initiatives and rebate forecasting
- Support quarterly Navitus and Client P&T preparation and presentations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or pharmacy technician degree
- Three to five years of managed care/pharmacy benefits management or pharmaceutical experience
- Ability to function independently and in a collaborative group environment
- Participate in and support compliance program objectives
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead cross-departmental conversations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Pharmacy technician, trade, Industry Relations, and/or analytical experience
