  Imperial Dade, leading national distributor, has a job open in Jersey City, NJ. The Contracts Department is hiring a talented Rebates Specialist!

  Responsibilities

  You will:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of vendors’ contracts and POD rebate reporting requirements by vendors and ensure compliance.
  • Calculate rebate precisely, submit monthly POD rebate claims to vendors in a timely manner.
  • Process denial files received from vendors, resubmit the claim or prepare payback and develop corrective actions to avoid future denials.
  • Work collaboratively internally and with vendors to resolve rebate disputes.
  • Manage vendor rebates from claim to collection, analyze aged balances due from vendors routinely, and pursue credits
  • Analyze rebate amount claimed and rebate amount approved, Identify, and solve issues
  • Act as a liaison between accounts payable and vendors on any POD rebate deductions
  • Develop and assist in process improvements as needed.

  Qualifications

  You have:

  • Experience within distribution and rebates field is a must
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience within expert level report building
  • 1+ year of experience using MS Office, including Excel

  Salary: 50k-60k

  Hours/Shift: Monday -Friday 9-5am
