What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- GED or High School Diploma
- Proven experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing complex data
- 1-2 years of experience with contact center Quality Assurance systems and/or processes preferred
- Familiarity with basic call center workflow and processes
- Working knowledge of Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office products

- 0-2 years of experience as a call center agent in a healthcare-related service
