What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound calls to notify potentially affected facilities regarding medical device recalls
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism throughout customer interactions
- Adhere to provided scripts and messaging protocols during calls
- Perform data entry and management within the designated database
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately and thoroughly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to work PST business hours
- Strong technical software skills required
- Polite and professional phone demeanor required
- Attention to detail and a quality mindset for documentation required
- Ability to follow directions effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED/AA preferred but not required
- Customer service or related experience preferred
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Prior recall experience preferred
