      Job Description

      Ultra Electronics, ICE is seeking a Receiving and Inventory Specialist to join our Production Team. This role is primarily responsible for processing parts through receiving and examining and inspecting stock items. The ideal candidate will possess great attention to detail, organizational skills, and will be an excellent team player.

      Responsibilities

      • Process parts through receiving using the ERP system verifying all identifiable information is correct between the purchase order, the supplier packing slip and the part packaging
      • Receive and accurately record incoming repair items using the ERP system
      • Perform inventory transfers of inspected parts from Quality Control to stock locations using ERP system
      • Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to management
      • Perform cyclic inventory counts generated from the ERP system weekly
      • Fill ad hoc requests from the production floor in a timely manner
      • Ensure all documentation relevant to stockroom tasks is filled out accurately and all ERP transactions are done correctly
      • Conduct kit breakdowns with precise entry of part quantities into the ERP system
      • Perform scheduled weekly restocking of production floor consumables to maintain inventory readiness
      • Additional duties as required

      Required Qualifications

      • High School Diploma or equivalent
      • US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Prefer one year of stockroom or other relevant experience

      Physical Requirements

      • Physical demands occasionally required employee to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. May require prolonged periods of standing or sitting. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds up to 75 pounds occasionally
      • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
