      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff members in a friendly and professional manner
      - Resolve inquiries or issues efficiently and direct individuals to the appropriate office or person
      - Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue badges as necessary
      - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while maintaining good relations
      - Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma and 2 years of related work experience required
      - Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to exercise discretion and judgment in stressful situations
      - Proficient in maintaining electronic and physical filing systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a receptionist or administrative support role in a healthcare or educational setting
      - Familiarity with data entry and clerical procedures
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
