- Guide patients to the most suitable service (Care navigate).
- Answer and transfer incoming calls efficiently.
- Record contact information accurately in the patient records.

Job summary
The Family Practice is seeking a dedicated individual to join our reception team. As a frontline staff member, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our service users and visitors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
The position is part-time, 20 hours working Monday - Friday.
