What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process a wide range of registration functions involving multiple programs, policies, and practices related to patient encounters and provider scheduling
- Accurately handle 60-100 calls per day, including both incoming and outgoing calls
- Maintain department standard audit error rate and not ready time of 25% or less
- Schedule appointments for assigned queues while delivering the highest level of customer service
- Adhere to attendance policies and departmental objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a service-related field
- Ability to manage high call volumes and maintain accuracy in registration processes
- Strong customer service skills
- Punctuality and adherence to attendance policies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related service environment
- Familiarity with revenue cycle processes and patient registration systems
