Answer questions visitors may have.
Initiate registration process
Works closely with the Intake and Security department
Duties include basic office procedures, telephone and face-to-face customer communications, and other clerical duties to support the patient care areas
Answer main Crittenton phone line and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Receive deliveries
Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
Maintain the reception area
1 year of relevant experience in an office environment
Medical office receptionist experience preferred but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong phone skills
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
Excellent customer service skills
Punctual with strong attendance history

Crittenton Children's Center is the Kansas City area's premier provider of psychiatric care for children, adolescents and their families. It is located on a picturesque, 96-acre campus in south Kansas City (near Longview Lake) providing serenity, beauty and privacy to assist with the healing process.
For more than 120 years we've cared for the emotional health of Kansas City's children and families. Today we offer one of the area's most comprehensive behavioral health care programs. And we are backed by the complete resources of Saint Luke's Health System.Shift Details: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
