What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer, screen, and route calls on a multi-line phone system
- Greet and assist office visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and faxes
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order needed supplies
- Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and copying
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent, plus one (1) or more years of secretarial, clerical, or administrative work experience in a professional office setting
- Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized multi-tasker with critical attention to details
