What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle check-in and check-out processes for pets in daycare and boarding
- Assist pet parents with making follow-up reservations and selecting activity packages
- Conduct tours of the resort for prospective clients
- Greet all guests and clients, addressing general inquiries about the resort
- Ensure a welcoming and positive environment for both pets and their owners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available for scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service skills to engage with pet owners and their furry companions
- Ability to handle various types of pets and understand their needs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in a pet care or customer service role is beneficial
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a pet care or boarding facility
- Knowledge of pet behavior and care requirements
- Familiarity with reservation systems or scheduling software
- Passion for animal welfare and a love for pets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
