Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Clinic Co-ordinator support to join the Obstetrics & Gynaecology Outpatients Department. The post is a permanent full time position within the service and is currently based at the University Hospital of Wales.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team to provide comprehensive support in the provision of our clinical services which will involve daily interaction with a variety of stakeholders.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide a friendly, professional reception service to staff, patients and visitors. They will also provide a first class outpatient coordinator service for the Obstetrics & Gynaecology Department providing flexible cross-cover during times of sickness/absence for other members of the team as appropriate.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
