      We are currently seeking a Records Manager to join our organization. As a Records Manager at Nusenda Credit Union, you will be responsible for managing the Records Department teams’ day-to day workflow, ensuring that service level agreements and standards are consistently and effectively met. You'll provide leadership, coaching and training to direct reports, providing direction and support to team on processes, and escalated issues. You'll monitor individual and team performance metrics to ensure goal attainment and leads and participates as a subject matter expert in projects and business driven initiatives within team and across the organization. You'll research and implement process improvements to increase department efficiencies.

      To thrive in this role, you should have three years to five years of similar or related experience. This position is one part team oversight and development and one part problem solving. This might be the role for you if you enjoy work requiring critical thinking, member service, professional development, and interpersonal communication.

      Key Skills and Experience:

      • Experience in all facets of member financial records and documentation.

      • Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.

      • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to work with multiple levels of the organization.

      • Development, performance management, training, and employee counseling skills essential.

      • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.

      • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive innovative strategies and implement them in a timely, effective manner.

      • Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.

      • Experienced in MS Office programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.
