      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively facilitate collection activity for charged-off loans and accounts through phone and electronic communication
      - Negotiate repayment terms and settlement offers in line with employer guidelines
      - Manage legal accounts pre and post-judgment, including coordination with credit union attorneys
      - Conduct extensive skip tracing to connect with members and locate unrecovered collateral
      - Meet monthly recovery goals while adhering to federal and state debt collection guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of college education or equivalent experience
      - At least five (5) years of experience in debt collection
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
      - Comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to debt collection
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in financial institutions
      - Experience with third-party collections is a plus
