      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide peer support to members with mental health and substance use conditions
      - Guide members in creating Wellness Recovery Action Plans
      - Engage members in inpatient settings to facilitate post-crisis planning
      - Facilitate community participation/inclusion for members
      - Act as an advocate for member's needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Peer Specialist certification as required by the state
      - Must have or be able to obtain the National Peer Support Credential (NCPS/NCPRSS) within one year of hire
      - Must be a self-identified person in recovery
      - Must have a vehicle in good, working condition with the ability to travel within the community regularly
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
