- Assist with the inventory of property.
- Instructs customers and monitors proper and safe usage of equipment, as needed.
- Assists Facility Manager in the overall management and operations of the Fitness Center.
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Possesses and maintains the following certifications within 6 months of employment: CPR, First Aid, AED; MWR Orientation Course; Customer Service; Equipment (Safe Operation and Basic Maintenance Repair). Management will assist in obtaining these.
- Possesses directly related work experience that includes the demonstrated ability to operate multiple fitness facilities.
- The related work experience must have been equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level.
- Fitness Facility Experience.
- Experience facilitating fitness events/activities.
- A Nationally Recognized Basic Fitness Trainer Certification.
This position is located at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant in McAlester, OK.
