  Duties

  
  

  • Circulate among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receive and resolve customer complaints; provide information and general instruction on the use of equipment, facilities , and machinery in person or telephonically.
  • Assists patrons in use of facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instructions, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc.
  • Plans, conducts, publicizes, and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments, and related functions. May provide work guidance to other staff.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
  • This is a flexible position. Flexible positions have no guaranteed hours. A flexible employee serves in a continuing position on a scheduled or as needed basis.
  • Must attend Team Member Orientation within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts to include days, evenings and weekends.
  • All employees are required to be available for Community Events that Community Recreation Division Supports. The events include, but not limited to, Oktoberfest, Freedom Fest, Children's Fest and Winterfest.

  
  

  Qualifications

  
  

  Minimum Requirements:
  1. Work experience which involved dealing with the general public.
  
  Best Qualified Criteria:
  1. One (1) year customer service experience.
  And
  2. Six (6) months picture framing experience.
  **Picture Framing experience must be reflected on resume**
  And
  3. Six (6) months Point of Sale (POS) experience.
