      As a Recruiter, you will play an integral role in supporting growth within our partner firms - transportation, commercial or water (civil engineering). Reporting to our head of Talent Acquisition, you will be part of a team that is quickly identifying, assessing, and hiring key talent to enable continued rapid expansion of the company.

      *This role can be fully remote or sit hybrid within most of our partner locations. Preference to those in Eastern, Central and Mountain time zones. Must be based in the United States.

      Primary Responsibilities
      • Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting; including extensive sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback and recommendations, managing the candidate experience, and ultimately onboarding great talent.
      • Partner with internal departments and platform lead senior recruiters to assess recruitment needs; Foster good relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates/candidates.
      • Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
      • Partner and collaborate with talent acquisition across the company to share talent and ensure team success.
      • Build recruitment strategies that support our values and commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; making sure we are a market leader in diverse thought, experience, and backgrounds.
      • Leverage recruiting resources including internal CRM/ATS, social media, LinkedIn, networking, and professional organizations to identify and source qualified candidates.
      • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and close job offers.
      • Conduct and coordinate resume reviews, and schedules for interviews.
      • Manage and lead recruitment events such as career fairs, campus recruiting, industry conferences, etc.

      Requirements/Qualifications:
      • 2+ years of Corporate Recruiting/Agency Recruiting experience; Preference is given to those with AEC engineering experience
      • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; Human Resources or related major preferred
      • Demonstrated experience providing full life cycle recruiting for a variety of professional, administrative, and field positions. A/E/C industry experience is a plus
      • Must be professional and possess a high level of confidentiality
      • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to work with others and communicate effectively with all levels
      • Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
      • Strong computer skills with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook are a must
      • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
      • Advanced knowledge of social media and internet recruiting
      • Position requires a minimum of 40 hours a week with the possibility of overtime and some travel
      • Valid driver's license with approved/acceptable driving history required
