      Position Summary
      The Recruiter is responsible for providing a full range of sourcing strategies to fill exempt and non-exempt positions with assigned customer groups. This position requires a service-oriented individual with the ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced, team environment. The. Recruiter must manage multiple conflicting priorities, demonstrate a high attention to detail and form effective partnerships with MHS leadership, candidates, peers, service providers and academic institutions. Work situations require organization, prioritization, resourcefulness, initiative, persuasiveness and a sense of urgency balanced with discretion and good judgment in decision-making. Areas of responsibility include: defining job requirements; developing recruitment strategies; sourcing qualified internal and external candidates; prescreening; consulting on selection processes; ensuring completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screens; ensuring completion of new hire paperwork; maintaining complete, accurate applicant tracking records and serving as an ambassador for MultiCare.

      Requirements
      • BA degree in Human Resources, business, or related field (or equivalent experience) required
      • HR or recruitment certification preferred
      • Minimum two (2) years of recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or union setting

      Pay and Benefit Expectations
      We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $70,325.00 - $102,128.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
