What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a recruitment consultant and strategic partner to hiring leaders
- Develop creative sourcing plans for difficult-to-fill positions
- Coordinate and lead scoping sessions to create job specifications
- Follow through with the employment process as defined by policy
- Stay educated on industry standards and competition to enhance recruitment strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree in Business Administration required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a recruiter
- In-depth sourcing experience using various methods, including cold calling and social media
- Experience with applicant tracking systems is required
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PHR or other HR certification preferred
- Experience in a search firm and/or clinical/non-clinical healthcare recruitment setting
- Strong Boolean search knowledge and experience in search string creation
- Project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
