What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions at the Ohio Manufacturing facility, including sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure they have the necessary information and support for effective hiring decisions
- Track recruiting efforts in the ATS (Greenhouse) and report on metrics to leadership
- Spearhead innovative hiring initiatives and participate in regional hiring activities
- Support HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, and policy compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruitment experience, particularly in manufacturing and shipping roles
- 2-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar position
- Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and ATS, specifically Greenhouse
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of current Ohio employment legislation
- Experience in developing and owning comprehensive recruitment strategies
- Flexibility to cover HR needs and tasks on weekends is a significant advantage
